
½- 1 frozen banana
handful of frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp acai powder
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
3/4 cup rice milk
optional: 1 Tbsp protein powder
Blitz until smooth & delicious. Decorate as you wish – the photo above uses black basil seeds & silly squirts of coyo. And the photo below also clearly shows I have too much time on my hands… #funwithfood
