This creamy, super-charged smoothie is a tribute to the letter C – chocolate, coffee, chia, coconut, cinnamon – and it’s a seriously decadent start to the morning.
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp chia seeds
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup rice milk (or milk of choice)
1 shot coffee, left to cool
4 chunks dark chocolate
sprinkle of cinnamon
Blitz all ingredients until super smooth. Either pour into a glass, as per the photo below, or get creative and make a smoothie bowl like the photo above. Enjoy!
