This is a stupidly simple smoothie – with only four ingredients, it gives you plenty of time to decorate it. Go on, play with your food!
To turn it into more of a breakfast, I added banana coins, strawbs, pomegranate arils, freeze-dried berry, pumpkin seeds & a smattering of puffed quinoa.
1 frozen banana
1 tsp dragonfruit powder
1 tsp peanut butter
3/4 cup (or more) rice milk – or milk of choice
Blend until super smooth. If you want to make it thick & frosty, blend in an extra chunk of frozen banana.
